Lighthouse Drinks exists to support and strengthen the growth of Irish whiskey at home and abroad. We create and produce spirits, build brands, and provide trusted manufacturing, bottling and fulfilment services for distilleries, whiskey brands, importers and new entrants to the industry.

Anichka is our Commercial Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish, and if it needs tracking, it’s already on their list.
Carlos runs our operation at Little Island on the edge of Cork city and when he is not running the show, he can be found somewhere at 4AM watching the Philadelphia Eagles!

Lighthouse Drinks has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System, independently validating that our processes meet internationally recognised standards for quality, consistency and continuous improvement. The certification confirms that our systems are formally accredited and the ISO 9001:2015 mark will now be displayed alongside our Quality Management System to reflect this standard.
